European Universities Combat Championship 2019 is a historic event and Croatia is proud to host its premier edition.
Technical Meeting in Judo announced tomorrow’s start of the competitions in Judo.
At the meeting, EUSA Technical Delegate, Xavier Dung, EUSA Technical Delegate for International Judo Federation, Elisabetta Fratini, National Technical Delegate for Croatian Judo Federation, Mario Krvavac, Referee Coordinator LOC, Davor Marinicheld presented general matters, rules and competition schedule.
Representatives of all teams attended the meeting as well. Athletes, representing 126 universities from 23 countries are taking part this year, competing in the next three days.
The competitions are divided into categories and will be held at Sports Hall “Dom sportova” of Zagreb from August 1 to 3. The organization of the EUC Judo shall be mainly based on the most recent Technical Regulation of the European Judo Union (EJU).
Judo will be part of future events such as The European Universities Games Belgrade 2020.
