EUSA Combat 2019 for 1300 participants from 400 universities and 35 countries

1300 participants from 400 universities and 35 European countries will participate on the European Universities Combat Championships, that will take place in Zagreb, the Capital of Croatia, from July 31 to August 4. This is historic first edition of four European championships held as one event on the university sports level and that make sit the biggest event in 2019 EUSA calendar.

The competitors will enjoy the legacy of the biggest event so far in EUSA history – the European University Games 2016, which took place also in Zagreb and thanks to what the accommodation and the venues had undergo the „facelifting“.

Student dormitory „Stjepan Radic“ (Sava) will be an amazing athletes village for our guests that will compete in karate, taekwondo, judo and kickboxing, while the transportation will be provided to and from all the venues.

The competitions will take place in three venues. “Dom Sportova 1 & 2” sports hall will host judo and kickboxing, „Dom odbojke 'Bojan Stranic'“ sports hall will host the karate championship, while the „Dvorana Tresnjevka“ sport hall will host the taekwondo competition.
